A: Please wait a few more days for our supplier or the carrier to update the tracking information. If you're unsure about your order status, you can always check on our Tracking Page. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting your local post office.


Return and Exchange Process

Q: I want to return or exchange an item because of size issues or dissatisfaction. How can I do this?

A: If you're within your 30-day window and the item is unworn with labels still attached, please visit our Return Center to initiate the return or exchange process. If you're having trouble with the website, it might be due to a delay in updating the order status; kindly wait a few days before trying again.


Product Sizing

Q: How do the sizes work, especially for plus-size clothing? I ordered one size, but received another.

A: We have a detailed size chart for reference. Sometimes, based on user feedback and experience, we might adjust the sizes of the items sent. This means the size label on the item might differ from what's shown on our website. If you're not satisfied with the fit, please visit our Return Center to exchange for a size that fits you best.
